Previously, the mine had been selling unprocessed diamonds, leading to uncertainty regarding their quality and resulting in lower prices. By taking control of the boiling-off process, the mine now stands to increase its profitability. Our boiling facility represents a vital link in the diamond processing chain, enabling mines and local traders to extract greater value from their products.

Technical Precision

The intricacies of diamond processing demand precision engineering. Our tailor-made installations require very high chemical resistance because of the use of aqua regia or ‘royal water’, along with high temperatures and high pressure. This meticulous approach ensures the effective elimination of impurities, optimizing the cutting possibilities and making the gems more suitable for further processing.
